This page is where you can get to know a little more about me and my life offstage.
While acting, singing and dancing are my passions, I do have other hobbies. Traveling is one of my favorites. I love it most when I can perform at the same time! I've traveled the world my whole life and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I have visited all 50 states and a total of 63 countries. In the fall semester of 2017, I spent almost four months in London studying at Shakespeare's Globe during the week while visiting amazing places like Croatia, Montenegro, Spain, Scotland and more on the weekends! It was the most amazing experience and has changed me forever. I also traveled the country with the first national tour of TheaterWorks USA's production of The Magic School Bus Lost in The Solar System. It was such a treat to see the country while bringing a great story to children all over.
Family is super important to me and I come from a big one. My mom is one of nine so I have dozens of cousins. From Alaska to Wisconsin to Florida, we've got most of the country covered. Even though we are big in numbers, we stay in touch and do our best to see each other when we can. I'm so lucky to have a family that supports me and my dreams. On my dad's side the family is much smaller but my grandparents live just across town and they have been an influential part of my life since childhood.
As a kid I was a competitive gymnast, and while I had to quit after seven years due to various injuries, it has helped me find what I love to do. I've always had a passion for music and I used to say that "when I grow up I want to be a singing gymnast" so musical theatre performer is about as close as you can get!
Outside of the theatre, I love Harry Potter. It's a bit of an obsession. If you have any questions, theories, or just want to gush over the Snape/Lily storyline, I'm your girl. I think Jo Rowling is an incredible writer and an amazing storyteller and the world that she has created is absolutely mesmerizing.
